What is required:

  • B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of experience developing scalable web applications with proven track record of building solutions for enterprise projects
  • Ability to design, architect and implement resilient, distributed software platforms using microservices architecture

İş Tanımı

  • Kullanıcı akışları tasarlamak ve uygulamalarımızın arayüz tasarımını yapmak ve iyileştirmek, 
  • Wireframe tasarımı, prototip geliştirmesi ve sunumu üzerinde çalışmalar yapmak,
  • Ürünlerimizin önyüz standartlarının belirlenmesinde ve iyileştirilmesi etken rol oynamak,

We are building next generation business services at WorqCompany. You are expected to take part in the marketing team. You will be part of a team designing an interagency digital marketing services for small businesses.

The ideal candidate will have three responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
  2. Transforming marketing practices that succeeded in your team into a scalable and servicable model for WorqCompany clients.
  3. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
Responsibilities
  • Support digital marketing activities leveraging SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • Assists with a variety of other marketing related issues (including managing web sites, social media etc.)
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
  • Closely work with technology team to lead the creation of better user experience
  • Takes an important role in company’s growth through effective implementation of all corporate marketing related subjects
  • Communicate weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results.
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a top tier university (MBA is a plus)
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads, Facebook Business Manager is preferred
  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing for e-commerce channels (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM) as well as principles of marketing
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels
  • Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
  • Open-minded to new technologies, enthusiastic to learn new things

Nitelik ve Beceriler
  • B2C müşteri satış deneyimine (veya kabiliyetine) sahip olmak

Yetkinlik
